Hi, I’m shawna caderette.
I started my career in 2000 in the Disaster Restoration & Construction Industry, where I worked my way from Receptionist to Chief Administrative Officer. I helped grow the company from 15 employees in one office to more than 200 employees across six offices in multiple states. In 2021 I decided it was time for a change and embarked out into the world on my own journey.
Now, as an expert Fempire Business Coach, I’m passionate about helping women build their own businesses and live lives of confidence, autonomy and fulfillment. I know firsthand the challenges of balancing career and family, and my mission is to empower women to overcome these hurdles and achieve lasting success. I am a proud part of a blended family with my amazing husband, Ryan, my two sons, Elijah and Jameson, and my stepdaughter, Brooklyn. I’m a huge sports fan, especially when it comes to watching my boys play football. I also love to travel, explore new places and eat all different types of food.
My why
In 2021, after more than two decades in my career, I found myself at a crossroads. I had achieved so much in my career, helping an organization grow to over $33 million dollars in revenue and playing an intricate role in that growth.
But despite the accomplishments, I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing. I realized that the path I was on, while rewarding in many ways, no longer aligned with the deeper purpose I felt stirring inside me. I craved something more—a way to blend my business expertise with my passion for helping others, especially women like myself who were seeking more out of life.
It was then that I knew it was time for a change. I needed to step away from the corporate world and lean into my desire to empower women to build lives and businesses they loved. This realization led me to launch my coaching business, where I could take everything I had learned over the years—about leadership, growth, and resilience—and use it to help others create their own success stories.
The decision wasn’t easy, but it was exactly what I needed to find the fulfillment I had been searching for.
